Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant tax experience in federal transactional tax matters.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with both non-profit and for-profit clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal transactional tax matters, including business entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Provide guidance on state and local tax matters, including income, franchise, sales, and use tax.
• Collaborate with non-profit and for-profit clients to address tax-related issues.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
