Job summary

Redpath and Company, a Minnesota-based CPA and advisory firm with offices in St. Paul and White Bear Lake, seeks a Tax Associate to join our growing practice. The role offers exposure to both business and individual tax across industries, with opportunities to work directly with Partners and Senior Accountants.

The start dates are October 2027 or January 2028. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, be authorized to work in the U.S., and plan on pursuing the CPA designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Planning on pursuing CPA.
• Valid Driver's License required for on-site client travel.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable tax preparation experience in both business and individual tax.
• Work with diverse clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, engineering, and technology.
• Interact with Partners, Directors, Managers, and Senior Accountants to deliver client service.
