Doeren Mayhew in Hendersonville, TN seeks a Tax Associate to join our tax, assurance and advisory practice. You will prepare and review individual and business tax returns, meet with clients for planning, and research tax matters to provide guidance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of tax experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of experience preparing individual, partnership, corporate, and S-corp tax returns.
• Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (state and federal).
• Meet with clients for tax planning and scenarios.
• Research tax matters and provide guidance to clients.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients.
• Assist clients with QuickBooks needs and training.
