Overview

• The role involves creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals, and collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration.
• Prior professional experience in estate planning or a related transactional field (such as corporate or real estate) and/or an LLM is considered a plus.
• Associate attorneys are expected to invest 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
