Overview

Our client is an employee-owned investment advisor with over $7 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on asset-based and structured credit opportunities on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund tax estimates, foreign tax accruals, and other ad hoc informational requests on a monthly basis
• Prepare various state and local franchise and business tax returns
• Prepare state sales and use and commercial rent tax returns
• Prepare annual FBAR filings
• Review work papers, returns, K-1s, informational filings and notices for all fund entities and SPVs
• Assist in creating management company/GP entity financial reporting
• Prepare or review calculations and documentation for various types of reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-7 years of related experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience within public accounting
• Strong tax and accounting research and analytical skills

Salary Range

$150,000-$175,000
