Dechert LLP in New York is seeking a Tax Associate to join our Tax group. We are looking for junior associates to support the firm's structured finance, securitization, derivatives, and private funds practices.

Salary is $235,000+ commensurate with class year and experience; we prefer candidates with law firm experience, ideally at a large firm. This role offers exposure to sophisticated tax matters and global client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional tax work.
• Law firm experience preferred, preferably at a large firm.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to tax analyses and client advising as part of the Tax group.

We are seeking junior associates to join our Tax group to support the Firm's structured finance, securitization, derivatives, and private funds practices. Salary is $235,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
