Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Tax Associate in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in complex federal transactional tax matters and be willing to work in Madison or other preferred locations such as Austin, Kansas City, Milwaukee, St.

Louis, or Washington, D.C. You will advise on business formations, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; provide guidance on state and local taxes; and collaborate with clients on tax issues.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one promptly.
• Experience in federal transactional tax matters preferred.
• Experience with state and local tax matters is advantageous.
