Job summary

Above the Bar in Los Angeles seeks a mid-level tax associate to handle the tax aspects of sophisticated commercial transactions alongside the firm's corporate, finance and real estate teams.

You’ll advise on the tax implications of M&A, financing and real estate deals, structure transactions and draft tax provisions, and collaborate closely with clients and deal teams across practice groups.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of tax experience at a law firm, ideally transactional.
• Strong academic credentials.
