** TAX ASSOCIATE**

We are a small CPA firm in Downers Grove seeking a tax associate with tax accounting experience and strong business skills. The individual in this position should exhibit communication, time management, organizational and process skills with a high level of focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all tax preparation work. The position is full time during tax season and potential flexible hours outside of tax season. Full employee benefits include health insurance and retirement plan. Responsibilities will include:

• Individual, corporate, partnership and trust tax return review of documents
• Organization of documents via client portal and tax software
• Administrative duties to management as needed
• Special projects as assigned

Knowledge in Quick Books, Lacerte, Thompson Reuters software and Microsoft Office a plus, but not required. Ample training will be provided. However, some tax accounting work is preferred.
