H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to join our local tax office in North Carolina. You’ll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions, with training and support from day one.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role, all in-person at the office with a team‑first, client‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
