Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a Tax Associate to join their Chattanooga, TN office. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of experience dealing with complex federal transactional tax matters and providing guidance on both state and local tax issues.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse client base, advising on business entity formations and handling transactions. This role also requires an active bar license in Tennessee or a commitment to obtain one promptly.
