Responsibilities

• Scan and upload notices and documents from jurisdictions.
• Log notices into client accounts and analyze trends.
• Manage sales compliance paper returns, including tax returns.
• Conduct monthly checks of paper returns for accuracy before mailing.
• Deliver updated return packages to PaperHost promptly.
• Assist in data quality initiatives like data audits.
• Perform additional ad hoc projects assigned by the manager.
