TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a senior tax analyst to ensure compliance with tax laws and contribute to tax planning initiatives. The role operates with substantial autonomy, reviewing data, translating requirements, and guiding stakeholders.
You will handle tax research, GAAP and statutory tax elements, manage external communications with IRS and auditors, and lead tax integration for specific processes. A CPA or advanced degree is preferred; 9 years in corporate tax is expected.

This position has responsibility for compliance with tax laws and/or implementing tax planning strategies. The incumbent will operate with a reasonable degree of autonomy in their discharge of duties performing, organizing, supervising and controlling tax processes and work product. Analyst Helps implement solutions by reviewing data, determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. They assist with the business case, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and requirements analysis. Analysts may also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

Base Salary Range: $102,400.00 - $153,600.00
