Job summary

Anritsu Company in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a Tax Analyst to support US federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, reporting, and planning. You will prepare tax returns, tax provision workpapers, and support ASC 740 analyses, collaborating with the Director of Tax and finance teams.

The role requires a strong technical tax background, attention to detail, ability to own assigned workstreams, and clear communication to resolve issues before deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 3+ years of US corporate income tax compliance and reporting experience in a Big 4 firm, large regional public accounting firm, and/or US multinational corporate tax department.
• Strong understanding of US federal and state corporate income tax concepts, preferably for technology or manufacturing companies.
• Working knowledge of US international tax concepts including Subpart F, FDII, GILTI, and FTC.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare and reconcile detailed tax workpapers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers.
• Prepare tax provision taxable income workpapers and ASC 740 support.
• Prepare and support US international tax calculations, including Subpart F, FDII, GILTI, and credits.
• Calculate estimated tax payments and extensions with analyses.
• Maintain fixed asset and tax depreciation workpapers and reconciliations.
• Support tax audits and respond to notices while tracking resolution status.
