Qualifications

• Strength in managing, mentoring, and developing tax or accounting professionals.
• Confidence delegating work while handling complex assignments.
• Ability to communicate P&L and financial report recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tax operations and serve as a reliable resource.
• Prepare and review tax returns while delegating tasks to the team.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive client recommendations.

Skills

Strong tax preparation and review experience

Experience advising individuals and small businesses

Strong QuickBooks knowledge

Strong client-facing communication skills

Education

CPA license or equivalent
