• Lead and mentor a team of staff and seniors while fostering their development and technical expertise.
• Oversee multiple engagements and maintain high-quality service standards across the board.
• Collaborate with other departments and firm leadership to deliver seamless, comprehensive client service.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tax Advisory Services Manager to join our Healthcare department in Lakewood, New Jersey. This individual will lead client engagements and tax teams while providing high-level tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to organizations in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with business leaders and play a critical part in shaping strategic tax outcomes for a diverse and growing client base. The salary range for this role is $125-200K commensurate with experience and qualifications.
