Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax preparation, research, client service, workflow management, and special projects.
• Support tax planning and advisory efforts for client engagements.
• Collaborate with CPAs and Principal on client engagements and training.
• Engage in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
• Learn tax, accounting, and consulting processes within a modern CPA firm.
