Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a detail-oriented Contractor to join our Tax Team. You will develop and license accounting content, translating complex issues into practical guidance using AI-assisted methods. Strong project management and collaboration with editors and product managers are essential.

Required CPA, JD preferred, and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Familiarity with MS Office, Tableau/Power BI, and AI drafting tools is expected. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Proven writing skills with ability to interpret AI outputs.
• Comfort with AI platforms and drafting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Tax Accounting content creation, licensing, and procurement for CPAs and accountants.
• Write/edit high-quality accounting articles and commentary.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with editorial standards.
• Leverage AI to streamline development of accounting content.
• Collaborate with editors, product managers, and stakeholders to scope and draft content.
• Identify authors and contractors and negotiate licensing agreements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
