Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting with a strong background in tax experience and technical accounting practices.
• Knowledge of GAAP standards and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with account reconciliation and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, business, and corporate tax returns with accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
• Manage general ledger accounting, including balance sheet reconciliation and month-end close.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping using designated accounting software.
• Assist with forming new businesses and handling licensing requirements.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Process payroll.
