Job summary

Golden Gaming, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support the culinary team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will ensure a clean, safe kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, while maintaining sanitation and organization throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards to contribute to high-quality service for guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Wash chinaware, glassware, and flatware thoroughly before routing to service areas.
• Inspect items and discard chipped plates, cracked glassware, or bent flatware.
• Wipe down stainless-steel tables; mop floors and clean walls and drains.
• Monitor and refill cleaning detergents in workstations.
• Thoroughly clean dish machines and glass washers before shift close.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cook stations—stirring, prepping vegetables, monitoring temperatures, etc
• Replenish hot and cold food items when supplies run low.
• Always maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
