Job summary

TASKids is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA, or someone pursuing BCBA certification, to join our growing team in North and Central Orange County. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who excels at supervising, mentoring, and training staff in a hands-on, supportive manner.

You will collaborate with clients and treatment teams, provide parent consultations, supervise therapists, monitor program implementation, develop and update treatment plans, ensure timely documentation, and mentor

Qualifications

• BCBA certification preferred or in progress.
• M.A./M.S. in ABA or related field.
• Experience designing treatment programs for children.
• Strong leadership and staff management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists
• Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to meet clinical goals
• Provide parent consultations and direct supervision
• Model and train therapists in ABA techniques
• Monitor program implementation in clinic and field
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Determine and implement behavioral intervention strategies
• Ensure documentation of client data and progress
• Train families on intervention strategies
• Maintain minimum 120 billable hours per month
• Conduct FBAs and write reports
• Prepare and present progress reports
• Mentor clinical team members
• Report to Clinical Director

TASKids is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or an individual actively pursuing BCBA certification, to join our growing team. This role requires excellent communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists
• Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to establish and meet clinical goals
• Provide parent consultations and direct supervision
• Provide in-the-moment, and on-going, modeling and training for therapists in ABA techniques
• Monitor and support program implementation in clinic and/or field settings
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Determine and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reports
• Train and support families on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
• Maintain a minimum of 120 billable hours per month
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive reports
• Prepare and present progress reports
• Inspire, guide, and mentor clinical team members
• Report directly to the Clinical Director

Qualifications:

• BCBA® Certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)
• M.A./M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and experience designing treatment programs for children of varying skill levels
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
