Job summary

Jobtailor in Stafford, VA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for Task Order activities and to drive schedules, IMS, and WBS. You will coordinate with the J62FG PMO and government stakeholders, ensure staffing, monitor performance, risk, and quality, and support transition-in/out activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex IT projects, and ensure compliance with defense requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT/consulting.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Task Order activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans and schedules (IMS, WBS).
• Monitor performance: schedule, milestones, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point-of-contact for all Task Order-related activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Monitor and report project performance, including schedule, milestones, risk management, and quality control.
• Coordinate with the J62FG PMO, government stakeholders, and contractor teams to resolve technical and administrative issues.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and skill sets are assigned and maintained for the task order.
• Track contractor personnel onboarding/offboarding and access expiration dates for AMPS systems.
• Submit required reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), staffing reports, and other documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all DOD/DLA-approved AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide presentations, track action items, and maintain documentation in approved repositories.
• Support transition-in and transition-out activities for the task order, ensuring knowledge transfer to government personnel.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Must have Project Management Certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 5 years of experience with SAP GRC and/or SAP Application Security sustainment or implementation when supporting the SAP related tasks (preferred).
• 2 to 3 years of experience with, or knowledge of, cloud environments (preferred).
• Relevant Computing Environment (CE) Certification in SAP (e.g., C_AUDSEC_731, C_GRCAC_10, C_SECAUTH_20, or P_TSEC10_75) (preferred).
