CACI International Inc in Washington, DC is seeking a Task Order Manager to coordinate Agile delivery across product teams and federal stakeholders. You will guide architecture, DevSecOps, cloud-native design and infrastructure as code, mentoring teams and removing blockers to enable delivery.

You will act as engineering authority within cross-functional delivery teams, ensure governance and alignment to mission objectives, and support modernization of AWS-hosted, microservices platforms.

The Opportunity:

The Program Manager will coordinate Agile delivery across product managers, developers, QA engineers, and federal stakeholders. This role guides architecture, DevSecOps implementation, cloud native design, and infrastructure as code practices while mentoring teams and removing roadblocks that impede technical execution.

In this position, you will serve as the engineering authority within cross functional delivery teams, ensuring architectural consistency, governance compliance, and alignment to mission objectives. You will support both day-to-day delivery and long-term modernization strategy for AWS hosted, microservices based platforms.

As the Program Manager you will be charged with building cohesive, high-performance engineering teams in federal cloud modernization environments. In addition, you will define and enforce the technical strategy, coach teams, guide architectural decisions, resolve impediments, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant system delivery. You will balance hands on engineering leadership with cross team coordination, enabling both accelerated delivery and long-term platform stability.
