Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a Task Lead and Systems Security Manager to oversee security aspects of implementing and operating systems for US government missions. You will manage risk assessments, compliance with DoW/NIST SP 800-53, and security posture across information systems.

Role requires active TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor's degree, and willingness to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD five days a week. Strong leadership and Cybersecurity Services management experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive service performance by establishing programs and policies for consistent cybersecurity service delivery.
• Manage security compliance by drafting policies and plans of action following assessments and vulnerabilities.
• Lead the team to remove obstacles and ensure effective collaboration and delivery of services.
• Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement across engagements.
• Develop mission execution strategies combining operations, business and technical support.
