Job summary

Markesman Group seeks a Technical Digital Network Analyst / Targeting Analyst Representative (TDNA/TAR) in Hawaii to support cyber and intelligence operations. You will translate technical findings into actionable targeting opportunities and work with mission planners to drive targeting decisions.

Responsibilities include developing target packages, assessing networks, and coordinating across analysts and planners to influence mission outcomes. A TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as TDNA, TAR, or similar cyber intelligence role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and communications technologies.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable targeting recommendations.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of digital networks, communications infrastructure, and target environments
• Develop, maintain, and assess target packages in support of operational requirements
• Identify and characterize network infrastructure, systems, and communications pathways
• Correlate intelligence and technical data from multiple sources to support target development
• Support the full targeting lifecycle, including target nomination, validation, prioritization, and assessment
• Provide technical expertise during mission planning and operational execution
• Develop intelligence products, operational assessments, and targeting recommendations
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, and mission planners to support mission objectives
• Track target development efforts and provide updates to leadership and operational stakeholders
