BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Targeting Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The role focuses on improving interoperability among US forces and coalition partners through MPE assessments, analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and information sharing. Responsibilities include leading planning and execution of targeting tasks, producing detailed reports and briefings, conducting testing, and delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting military operational activities.
• Minimum 5 years of targeting experience.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility is required.
• Expert understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle and related targeting disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.

• Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Targeting Subject Matter Expert to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.

Experience as a Targeting Analyst or Targeting Officer supporting Target System Analysis (TSA), Target Development, Target prioritization and management, Capabilities Analysis, Threat Vulnerability Assessments, Munitions Effectiveness Assessment (MEA), Collateral Damage Estimate (CDE), Multi-Domain Mission Planning, Combat Assessment (CA), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), Targeting Intelligence Analysis, Product Development, Lethal and Non-Lethal Effects, and Targeting Collaboration/Working Groups/Boards.
