Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Targeting Analyst to address complex intelligence requirements and provide actionable insights for decision-making. You will focus on coordinating strategic operations and integrating guidance with cross-functional teams in a high-stakes DoD environment.

You will support planning workflows, develop dashboard capabilities (including AI-enabled tools), and prepare briefings for senior leaders and partners, leveraging extensive SharePoint and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance is required or eligible
• Bachelor’s Degree or intelligence experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of experience in intelligence targeting
• Demonstrated targeting across multiple intelligence disciplines
• Working knowledge of targeting methodology and policy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Passport valid to travel within the US and abroad

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize strategic operations and investments across the PACOM AOR
• Collaborate with J2/J3 teams to integrate guidance into intelligence activities
• Adhere to Joint Publication standards and coordinate with law enforcement and PACOM partners
• Assist in development and tracking of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)
• Capture lessons learned and connect findings to learning events
• Support planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled tools
• Prepare agendas/read-aheads for planning events and track decisions and actions
• Deliver briefings to leadership, customers, and partner organizations

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Targeting Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Focuses on addressing complex intelligence requirements and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize strategic operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) across the PACOM AOR
• Work closely with J2/J3 cross-functional teams to integrate operational guidance into intelligence activities, find and coordinate opportunities, and execute effects
• Incorporate best practices and follow Joint Publication (JP) standards and processes; collaborate with law enforcement partners and PACOM counterparts as required
• Support assessment and evaluation; assist in the development and tracking of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)
• Capture lessons learned, analyze deficiencies and connect findings to learning events to improve operational outcomes, etc.
• Support development of planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled workflow tools
• Prepare agendas and read-aheads to support planning events, capture decisions, and assign and track actions as required
• Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership, operational customers, and partner organizations as required

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree or intelligence experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience targeting utilizing multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Working knowledge of targeting methodology and policy.
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information.
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations.
• Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases (e.g Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) and Maven Smart System (MSS)
• Valid US Passport.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience supporting PACOM / CCMD operational directorates.
• Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
