Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Targeting Analyst to develop and deliver innovative intelligence assessments and targeted analyses. You will integrate diverse data sources, craft insightful products, and brief senior DoD officials to support national security objectives.

The role requires deep experience with all-source intelligence, network analysis, and multi-agency collaboration. Responsibilities include answering RFIs, performing target development, and applying GEOINT/SIGINT/OSINT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with all-source intelligence.
• Experience with conflict resolution and management.
• Experience developing internal and external professional networks and writing intelligence assessments, information papers, and presentations.
• Experience drafting RFIs with network analysis for target development and executive briefings.
• Experience using Geospatial Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, and Open-Source Intelligence for target development and network analysis.
• Experience with intelligence research tools (DCGS-A, RMT, M3, TAC, NGT, WISE, CHROME, Coliseum) and network analysis tools (Palantir, AIDP MFWS, Analyst Notebook).
• Experience with the army targeting cycle.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
