Job summary

North Branch Area Schools seeks licensed teachers to supervise and deliver targeted services in an extended-day program. Sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays across Sunrise River Elementary, the Middle School, and the Education Center.

The program uses fixed daily student hours at each site and calculates prep time by multiplying total student contact hours by 1.33. Positions are paid at the district contract rate of pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Minnesota teaching license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted services in the extended-day program at Sunrise River Elementary, Middle School, and the Education Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Manage student hours per site: 3:00 pm–4:30 pm (Education Center), 2:30 pm–4:00 pm (Sunrise River Elementary), 2:45 pm–4:15 pm (Middle School).
• Prep time is calculated by multiplying total student contact hours by 1.33.

Targeted Services Teachers are needed for the extended-day program. The program will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Teachers are needed at Sunrise River Elementary (grades 2-5), Middle School (grades 6-8), and the Education Center (Kindergarten-grade 1).

Session Dates:November 10, 2026 to April 22, 2027, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Student Hours:3:00 pm to 4:30 pm Education Center

Student Hours:2:30 pm to 4:00 pm at Sunrise River Elementary

Student Hours: 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm Middle School

Qualifications:Must have a current Minnesota teaching license

Teachers will be paid their contract rate of pay. Prep time is calculated by multiplying the total student contact hours by 1.33.
