Job summary

Swift is seeking Target Analyst Reporters to support mission-focused intelligence operations at Annapolis Junction, MD and Bluffdale, UT. The TARs will research, analyze, and report intelligence using SIGINT, cyber, networks, and other sources, working with teams to refine collection and reporting requirements and produce timely intelligence products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience, or
• Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience.
• US citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and evaluate intelligence information from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain target knowledge to support mission requirements.
• Produce, review, and disseminate intelligence reports and products.
• Perform network, cyber, and collection analysis to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Identify trends, indicators, and warnings through analysis.
• Conduct quality control reviews of intelligence reporting.
• Support missions through intelligence production and dissemination.
