Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a TARGET ANALYST REPORTER to support Department of Defense IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD and extended locations. You will showcase SIGINT analysis and reporting expertise to support national security missions.

Primary location: Annapolis Junction, MD. Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly. You will prepare synthesized intelligence products, prioritize information from multiple sources, and contribute to actionable situational awareness for government customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in IC/DoD missions preferred or relevant drafting/editing intelligence reports.
• Experience with SIGINT analysis/reporting and related intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to IC requirements.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from collection and related sources for government use.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs; collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers; issue products relaying developments, trends, and situational awareness, and countermeasures when applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Education

Liberal Arts degree preferred

Degree in any field acceptable

High School Diploma or GED + 6 years of relevant experience

Associate's degree + 4 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience

High School Diploma or GED + 15 years of relevant experience

Associate's degree + 13 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree + 11 years of relevant experience

Master's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience
