Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Target Analyst Reporter to support mission-critical cybersecurity and intelligence operations in Huntsville. Prepare synthesized intelligence reports, prioritize information, and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
• Level 1: High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Level 2: High school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree and 2 years' experience.
• Level 3: High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree and 4 years' experience.
• Level 4: High school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree and 7 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
• Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
