Job summary

Independent Software is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter Level 1 to research, analyze, and report intelligence supporting mission requirements. You will evaluate sources, develop intelligence products, and provide timely reporting for decision-making and situational awareness.

You will work with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements, build target knowledge, and ensure products are accurate, relevant, and ready for release.

Qualifications

• Experience researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
• Familiarity with CSPACE and/or RAD for analysis or reporting.
• Knowledge of intelligence tools and methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and report intelligence in response to mission requirements.
• Assess information from multiple sources to identify relevant intelligence.
• Prepare and disseminate intelligence products using appropriate reporting vehicles.
• Identify developments and trends related to specific targets.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers.
• Develop databases and working aids to build target knowledge.
• Identify potential countermeasures and actions when applicable.
• Perform pre-release quality control of intelligence products.
