Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads. You will maintain target databases, profile designated targets, and develop techniques to gain additional information for mission-critical operations.

The role requires mentoring other analysts and applying diverse analytic disciplines to evaluate intelligence and close gaps. A Security Clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Level 1 requires 6 years experience (no degree) or associate's 4 years or bachelor’s 2 years.
• Level 2 requires 9 years (no degree) or associate's 7 years or bachelor’s 5 years or master 3 years or doctorate 2 years.
• Level 3 requires 12 years (no degree) or associate 10 years or bachelor 8 years or master 6 years or doctorate 4 years.
• Level 4 requires 15 years (no degree) or associate 13 years or bachelor 11 years or master 9 years or doctorate 7 years.
• Degree in Liberal Arts preferred, but any field acceptable; active Security Clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting.
• Build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor collection or enable new collection.
• Mentor other analysts in the tools and methodologies used for TDNA.

Job Description: We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, as well as developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets. The role supports identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. The analyst will be employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints. Analyst will apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. Mentors other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. The TDNA shall possess the following capabilities: * Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting

• Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
• Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
• Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
