Hoplite Solutions LLC is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts to support IC missions at Hawaii, Maryland, Ohio, Utah, and Virginia. You will apply SIGINT analysis to generate insights and contribute to national security.

Required: TS/SCI with polygraph Level 1; 2–15 years of relevant experience with various degree paths; ability to work with government, military, and contractor teams; knowledge of intelligence analysis techniques and databases.

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph Level 1 is required.

• 3 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
• 5 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 7 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 9 years' applicable experience without a degree; Level 3: 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
• 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
• 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 10 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 12 years' applicable experience without a degree; Level 4: 7 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
• 9 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
• 11 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 13 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 15 years' applicable experience without a degree
• Relevant intelligence analysis experience required (target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis).
• Foreign language proficiency may satisfy experience requirements.

Aufgaben

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Profile targets, maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection and close gaps.
• Apply analysis techniques across multiple disciplines and share findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align on intelligence needs.
