Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Local TARGET Driver for Wilton, NY. You will run a dedicated regional dry van operation with 100% drop-and-hook freight and round-trip deliveries between the distribution center and retail stores.

Typical schedule includes day and night shifts, weekends and holidays, with 2–3 home times per week. Expect about 2,000 miles weekly and routes across NY, NJ, MA, ME, NH, and VT.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Open to first-seat drivers and trainees.
• No SAP drivers.
• Availability for day or night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform round-trip deliveries between distribution center and stores.

• Mileage Pay: $0.70–$0.75 per mile
• Vendor Pickup Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Other Stop Pay: Not available
• Mileage: Approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Daily Runs: 400+ miles on average
• Home Time: Approximately 2–3 times per week
• Day and night shifts available
• Some night driving, weekends, and holiday work required
• Account operates 24/7/365; holiday work is required
