Job summary

Sentar seeks Target Analyst Reporters Level 1–4 (TAR) to support IC missions at Fort Meade, MD. You will analyze, research and report intelligence to IC requirements across SIGINT, information assurance and cyber operations.

Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI with active poly; levels 1–4 vary by education/experience. You will generate timely products, collaborate with collectors and analysts, and contribute to target knowledge while performing quality control on outputs.

• Experience in research, analysis and reporting for IC missions.
• Ability to produce synthesized products for IC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized products by researching, analyzing and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles.
• Prioritize and evaluate information from passive/active collection and related sources for government use.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers; issue products with trends, warnings and actions.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to improve collection and knowledge.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Sentar is seeking Target Analyst Reporters Level 1-4 in Fort Meade, MD!

Role Description:

Sentar is seeking TARGET ANALYST REPORTER Level 1 -4 to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and the extended enterprise locations. As a TAR, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Analysis/Reporting expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

• Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information, and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the customer and IC partners' mission.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Qualifications:

Clearance: TS/SCI with active Poly

LEVEL 1:

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 1 is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer's mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports

LEVEL 2:

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 2 is with a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, a Mater's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer's mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports

LEVEL 3:

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 2 is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, a Mater's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer's mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports

LEVEL 4:

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 2 is with a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience, a Mater's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer's mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports
