Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join its Cyber & Intelligence team at Fort Meade. The Warfare Systems group delivers cyber, EW, and space capabilities for national security missions and collaborates across a diverse, mission-driven environment.

The TAR will produce intelligence products, analyze data from multiple sources, and contribute to collections, with a focus on supporting IC requirements and customer needs. Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in national security missions in analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis.
  • Active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information for IC requirements across SIGINT, IA, and CNO.
  • Share target insights, provide customer feedback, and deliver products highlighting key developments and recommended countermeasures.
  • Evaluate data from passive/active collection and collateral sources to support Government decision-makers.
  • Contribute to development of databases and reference tools to expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts.
  • Conduct quality control reviews prior to product release.

We are currently seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our Cyber & Intelligence team and support critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Produce clear, actionable intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information in support of Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and missions across SIGINT, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
  • Share target insights, provide customer feedback, and deliver products that highlight key developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness, including recommended countermeasures when appropriate.
  • Evaluate and prioritize data from passive and active collection, network analysis, and collateral sources (IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open-source, etc.) to support Government decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the development of databases and reference tools that expand target knowledge and strengthen collection efforts for customers and IC partners.
  • Conduct quality control reviews prior to product release.

We are hiring across multiple levels with a range of professional experience. Salary ranges below:

  • Senior Target Analyst Reporter : $125,000 - $160,000
  • Target Analyst Reporter $105,000 - $140,000
  • Target Analyst Reporter, Associate: $75,000 - 115,000
Minimum Qualifications
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 6 years of relevant experience in areas directly related to national security missions in one or more of the following areas: analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis.
  • Higher level education will reduce the years of experience requirement.
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
