Weeghman & Briggs, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a motivated Target Analyst Reporter 2 to support critical government initiatives. This full-time, onsite role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and a strong aptitude for analytical work.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with contract and security standards.

What You'll Do

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Research, analyze, and report intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
• Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

• An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• A Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• A Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $158,800-$170,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
