Job summary

Lift Bridge Brewing Company – Stillwater, MN is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our Stillwater Taproom team. This role blends hands-on bartending with shift leadership and administrative duties to support the Taproom Manager.

You will deliver friendly service, manage operations during shifts, train staff, help with inventory, events and guest experiences, and uphold safety, ID checks, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in bartending, restaurant, taproom, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous shift-lead or supervisory experience helpful, but not required for right candidate.
• Ability to communicate beverage styles, flavors and recommendations to guests.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Lead taproom shifts and supervise the team during assigned times.
• Assist with day-to-day taproom operations and events.
• Maintain inventory, stocking and product organization.
• Handle on-site and to-go transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol/THC regulations and safety standards.
• Provide feedback to improve guest experience and taproom operations.
