Funky Buddha Brewery in Florida is seeking a friendly Server/Bartender to join our tap room team. You will take drink orders, craft beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable visit.

Ideal candidates have server or bartending experience, a Florida server certification, and strong communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle payments, and contribute to an upbeat guest experience.

Qualifications

• Florida server training certification is required or willing to obtain.
• Prior serving/bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/tap room operations and service procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register/POS.

Responsabilités

• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items.
• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Explain preparation methods and ingredients of drinks.
• Inform customers of daily specials and offerings.
• Take beverage orders, collect payments and provide checks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters and service areas.
• Stock service areas and complete side-work as needed.
