We value reliability and teamwork. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and collaborating with coworkers to meet production goals; prior manufacturing or modular housing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to apply mud on 1st and 2nd coats with quality.
• Manufacturing/modular housing experience desired.
• Able to read blueprints and orders.

Responsibilities

• Apply mud on 1st and 2nd coats with a high degree of quality.
• Perform tape and texture on interior walls as part of the production line.
• Read blueprints and orders and communicate with coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and work as part of a team.
