Palm Beach Tan is hiring enthusiastic sales professionals to join our Austin team. We offer a very competitive hourly rate with unlimited commission opportunities and a fun, fast-paced environment that rewards performance.

As a full-time associate you will meet sales goals, educate customers on tanning best practices, maintain a clean salon, handle cash and paperwork, and provide outstanding service with a smile.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, opening/closing, daily paperwork and goal tracking.
