Job summary

A vibrant tanning salon in Killeen, Texas is seeking enthusiastic salespeople to join their team. You will engage with clients, meet sales goals, and provide excellent customer service in a fun and energetic environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and retail experience. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensuring customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Handling cash and opening/closing the business.
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Skills
