Job summary

Sun Tan City, part of Glow Brands, seeks friendly associates for our tanning salons across the United States. You will provide excellent customer service, help clients select tanning options, and actively contribute to meeting sales goals while keeping the salon clean and welcoming.

Base pay starts at $12.50/hr with performance bonuses and average earnings around $15.50/hr. We offer a flexible schedule, daily pay options, and opportunities for advancement within a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients upon arrival.
• Assist with maintaining salon cleanliness and organization.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while following policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
