A leading tanning salon in California seeks passionate individuals for an entry-level customer service and sales position. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business and manage daily paperwork.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
