Palm Beach Tan in Texas is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be part of a fun, professional team with strong commission opportunities and flexible schedules.

Free tanning and skincare product discounts are among the perks, alongside health insurance and paid vacation for full-time staff. We are looking for motivated individuals who can meet sales goals, educate customers, and maintain a clean salon.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
