• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a fast-paced salon.
• Able to use basic computer systems for client data and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs as a client.
• Make product and service recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements and assist with daily salon tasks.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds, engaging new clients, and supporting salon upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon while upholding company policies.
