Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a full-time role in Round Rock, TX. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services, and drive sales while maintaining a clean salon and handling daily cash and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in retail or customer-service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and open/close the store.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
