Sun Tan City, LLC is seeking a high-energy team member to join our Springfield tanning salon. You will assist clients, provide product recommendations, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and clients are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and assisting new clients on arrival.
• Help keep salon clean and organized including rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Work with the team in a fast-paced environment while following company policies.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour plus bonuses, free tanning & product discounts.

Task and Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast‑paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
